As you all know, hair is natural beauty for everyone. Strong Hair is all about Smoothness, lustrous, voluminous, soft etc. For strong hair you have to maintain your healthy body, physical fitness, daily lifestyle etc. Nowadays, there's a big problem with Hair fall. Many people are facing this problem because of their unhealthy lifestyle, intake junk food, alcohol, coloring hair, hair treatment, anxiety, lots of depression, stress, heredity, medical conditions etc. In my opinion there are some ways to prevent hair fall- Eating right food, exercising, mediation, reducing stress, doing yoga etc. It helps prevent hair fall. Oiling is the most important thing for hair fall. If you are doing oiling twice in a week it reduces hair fall. Our hair is made up of tough protein called Keratin.

It means water travels to the hair. Hydration is the most important because it removes toxic, and detoxifies the whole body. It helps to maintain your hair volume, makes strong, shiny, and bouncy as opposite to the frizzy, dry and brittle. 
  Protein
Is also called the building blocks of Life. Protein is only a nutrient that can build, repair and maintain body tissues. It is important for the development of skin, hair, bones, and nails. Intake of protein make your hair strong and healthy. If you are not considering enough protein in your daily lives, hairs are likely dry, frizzy and brittle. Choose chicken, pulses, soy chunks, eggs, fish and dairy products as excellent source of protein.
Vitamins And Minerals 
Vitamins play a very important role in hair growth and repair. Mostly vitamins like biotin, vitamin C and D decreasing hair fall. Many food sources of biotin are mushrooms, Avocados, peanut butter. Hair needs a Vitamin A for moisturized and growth. Vitamin B helps carry oxygen and nutrients to your scalp and encouraging hair growth. Your hair needs Vitamin A to stay moisturized and grow. Vitamin C can help prevent from hair aging. Vitamin E helps prevent oxidative stress and boost your hair growth. 
Iron deficiency is the main cause of hair loss.
Iron and Zinc are the two minerals that promote hair growth.
Some tips for Strong Hair
Apply some hairs mask like AMLA(gooseberry), Egg mask, Curd, Mehandi Leaves, Flax seed. 
Drink Green Tea stops hair fall. 
Apply Coconut oil, olive oil or Mustard oil twice in a week. 
Do meditation. 
Proper sleep.
Don't consume junk food.
Don't do any type of colouring,& treatment on your hairs.
